I think the gap between old and new iPhones is currently not big, if your iPhone isn't damaged, you don't need to get a new one because its lifespan will be longer until some applications don't support it.

S22 Plus is a total win! Gorgeous display for movies and browsing, the processor flies through anything I throw at it, and the camera nails pictures and videos. One thing to watch out for - the screen can be a scratch magnet. To keep mine looking flawless I added a tempered glass screen protector gadgetshieldz, and it works perfectly! except the app quality sucks on android in general. that's the dev's faults though.. I had to switch back to my iPhone because everyday apps I use like the MyQ garage door opener app, doesn't even send notifications on my android phones until I unlock the phone screen. Super wonky and poor programming.. my banking app doesn't have screen scaling programmed correctly so everything is super tiny. I could go on.. love android but hate the android experience in real world use if you're someone that relies on their phone to get real work done. iOS is more consistent and reliable in my experience.. I usually hop back and forth between android and iPhone flagships every year.. I love the customization of android and love to tinker but the iPhone gets the job done as expected without the weirdness and inconsistencies..

I would prefer everyone to buy an ipad pro instead buying an iphone 15 pro.. because ipad pro comes with a big screen . And it's kinda smother than iphone 15 series. Why would we go for iphone? 😂
